This means she just wants to spend more time with you. Brief eye contact can also mean shes not interested. Make sure you pay attention to how much eye contact is going on.
2. First Reactions: This one should be pretty clear aswell, if she sees you and smiles than she is interested. If she sees you and she looks as if shes not interested and you have to make the first move, than don't get to excited. It should be pretty clear whether she likes you or not.
